Who is Deano the Dementiasaurus?
Not so long ago, Deano the Dementiasaurus was just a normal dinosaur like any other. He lived a regular dinosaur life and did regular dinosaur things such as providing entertainment in class assemblies and chasing naughty children around the playground. However, like with most things, Deano eventually seemed old and was left, abandoned and unwanted, at the back of Sian the teacher's stock cupboard.
That was until he was discovered during an end-of-term clear out. Suddenly, Deano realised that he didn't want to just be a normal dinosaur any more. He wanted to be a dementiasaurus! What's more, he had a sudden urge, as dementiasauri often do, to start running. Since that day, Deano the Dementiasaurus has been running races all around the country to raise awareness and money for dementia research in the fight to drive dementia to extinction!
