Deano smashes Grangemoor Parkrun

Deano was thrilled to take part in the always-wonderful Grangemoore parkrun last weekend, and he smashed his PB with a time of 23:27. Deano is still awaiting confirmation that this the fastest 5k ever recorded by a dementiasurus.
