Deano does Cardiff Parkrun

This morning, Deano the Dementiasaurus completed Cardiff Parkrun in the beautiful Bute Park. It was a good opportunity to raise awareness of Deano’s fundraising efforts before tomorrow’s 10th anniversary Cardiff Half Marathon. This was a special parkrun for Deano, as it is one he had done many times when living in Cardiff – he even bumped into some old buddies from the CDF Runners Club!
If you’re free tomorrow and in Cardiff from 10am, then come to Cardiff Castle to meet Deano, and help drive dementia to extinction!
